The pen has 6 speeds, 3 flow levels and a depth adjustable from 0 to 2 mm. These capabilities are not treatment instructions: the team chooses the settings suited to the area and to your skin.
The device also has red (630 nm) and blue (470 nm) LEDs. Their presence is not, on its own, proof of an additional clinical benefit. The treatment presented is based on microneedling, without radiofrequency.

It can be considered for uneven skin texture, visible pores, some fine lines or acne scars. It does not remove all marks and does not replace a dermatological diagnosis. A lesion, a changing spot or active acne must be assessed before any treatment.
When will I see results?
The response varies with the indication, the settings and the skin. Improvement is gradual; texture and scars may need several sessions and several months of assessment. The assessment is there to set realistic expectations, without promising the same result for everyone.
Is the treatment painful?
Tingling, discomfort or a feeling of warmth are possible. Some areas are more sensitive. Settings and comfort options are discussed with you before starting.
What should I expect afterwards?
Redness, sensitivity, dryness or minor bleeding may occur. They can last several days. More rarely, infection, pigment changes or scarring are possible. Follow the team’s instructions and contact them if the reaction gets worse or persists.
Who should seek advice before starting?
Tell us about a pregnancy, any current treatment, healing problems, a history of keloids, a weakened immune system or a skin condition. An infection, active herpes, sunburn or inflammatory acne may mean the treatment is postponed. Do not change your medication on your own initiative.
Which serum is used?
The choice is made at the assessment according to your skin, the formulation and its compatibility with the device and the planned technique. A cosmetic serum is not automatically suitable for microneedling. The adjustable flow makes it possible to control its application; it does not guarantee greater effectiveness.
How do I choose between 1, 3 and 5 sessions?
A single session lets you start, or plan maintenance when it is indicated. The 3- and 5-session programmes support a goal followed over time, at a decreasing price. The choice is made after the skin is assessed, not just on the basis of the discount.
Is it microneedling with radiofrequency?
No. The treatment presented uses a micro-needle pen with adjustable settings and serum application. It is not a laser, a radiofrequency treatment or a filler injection.
Does the free assessment commit me to anything?
No. You talk with the team about your skin, your expectations, the possible protocol and the price before deciding. Booking an assessment does not commit you to any treatment.
